Warthoggish 101

Greetings from Jurassic Pork, the land where brobdingnagian warthogs thunder and blunder across the plain!

Basic Glossary:

Deparrive (verb, intransitive): to depart and arrive back almost instantaneously, as when a participant in a chat room or other interactive internet environment disconnects and promptly reconnects; deparrival (noun): nearly simultaneous departure and return.

Hominid legume (noun): a "human bean," as in the sentence, "What a wonderful hominid legume!" Derivation: hominid = of or pertaining to humanity; human; legume = a bean.

IDP (abbrev.): internet disservice provider.

Squort (verb, intransitive): to squeal and snort simultaneously; (noun): a combined squeal and snort, virtually irreproducible by the human vocal organs and completely incapable of transliteration. Cf.: "chuckle" + "snort" = "chortle" (Lewis Carroll).

Temporal entity (noun): the "time being," as in the sentence, "I'm leaving for the temporal entity." Derivation: temporal = of or pertaining to time; entity = a being.
